The news, short, in your languages
NewsBit gathers stories from publishers' public news feeds and shows each one as a short card: a headline, a summary of about 60 words, who reported it and when. One swipe takes you to the next.
When several publishers report the same event, NewsBit shows it once and tells you how many covered it.
News for your country in its main languages, plus world news, for 40+ countries and 45+ languages.
The feed adapts to what you read and skip. That history stays on your phone.
Who publishes NewsBit
NewsBit is made and run by Cybercodex, India. NewsBit is a news aggregator: it does not write its own reporting. Every card names the original publisher and links to the full article on the publisher's site. Each card shows when the story was published. New stories are added every 15 minutes, and stories leave the app after a few days.
Summaries
A card's summary is either the publisher's own description from its feed, shortened, or a summary written by AI from the publishers' reports. AI-written cards are labelled AI summary in the app. They are written to state only facts from those reports, but can contain mistakes: the publisher's article is the source.
For publishers
NewsBit shows only a headline, a short summary, a picture from your feed and a link to your article, which sends readers to your site. To correct a story, ask us to stop showing your feed, or ask about a partnership, email support@cybercodex.co.in. We act on removal requests within 2 working days.
